Overview

Block 69 Cafe is a cozy coffee shop tucked in the heart of Taguig, Metro Manila, specifically at 444 Kamagong. Its location strikes a perfect balance between accessibility and quietude, making it an ideal spot for students, freelancers, or anyone looking to escape the usual hustle of the city.

The café’s menu is thoughtfully crafted to satisfy diverse cravings. From flavorful main dishes like the Clubhouse Sandwich and Croissant Sandwich to Filipino comfort food such as the Special Tapsilog, Block 69 Cafe goes beyond your typical coffee shop fare. Their Chicken Teriyaki Bowl also stands out as a satisfying meal for those wanting something heartier. What truly elevates the experience are the non-coffee options, such as their rich hot cocoa and refreshing Pink Paradise, catering well to a broad range of tastes.

The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a rustic charm that comes from its wooden decor and simple seating arrangements. While the space leans towards the smaller side, it still manages to create a relaxed environment perfect for studying or catching up with friends. Free Wi-Fi and available power sockets, though somewhat limited, support the café’s appeal as a study hub. The music playlist is carefully curated — chill and unobtrusive — helping maintain focus without sacrificing atmosphere.

It was a great place, I ordered their hot cocoa and its perfect for the rainy weather. its the first time I saw a coffee shop that has hot cocoa. They have wifi and great for studying, the ambiance of the place is okay & also the tunes were good. Its a little cramped and have less sockets but overall its a good place to chill and do work or study stuff. The staff was great, even tho I only ordered hot cocoa, he was very nice and gave everything I asked about. Would likely be a go-to spot to study.

I’ve got a little coffee secret to share with you: it’s Blk 69, tucked away in Pembo, Makati. Here’s the scoop—I ordered their 12oz cold brew for a pocket-friendly 69 pesos. Now, this cold brew won’t win any awards for gourmet flair, but it’s surprisingly decent for the price. Just the right amount of coffee goodness with a hint of bitterness, perfect for a quick pick-me-up. What’s cool about Blk 69 is its location. While my laundry was churning away at the ground level, this café was conveniently perched just above on the second floor. Talk about multi-tasking! It makes your laundry day feel a lot less tedious. As for the café itself, it’s got a chill, rustic vibe going on. Wooden decor, stool seating, and some of the friendliest staff around—it’s an inviting spot to enjoy your coffee and take a breather. Whether you’re a coffee enthusiast like me or just looking for a laid-back place to sip a reasonably priced brew while your laundry spins below, Blk 69 is a must-visit. It’s a hidden gem in Pembo, Makati.

I thought that this place was large but when I got there it was small and you couldn't gather here if you had big barkada. It is accessible since it is located near J.P Rizal Ext. Pateros, and Comembo. The ambience is nice, with free wifi, socket all over the café, and air-conditioned. Not that aesthetic, as all teens like. They offer a lot of options from silog, dessert, and drinks. Their playlist is updated, which is nice since most of their customers are students. I recommend the croffle, I didn't expect it to be great since they only have a small kitchen, but it is super good! The drinks are good too, they don't put a lot of ice, yey! I didn't expect that the nachos would be large chips. We didn't eat it all since we were already full. The price range is affordable. Edit: They've moved to the new location at Kamagong Street. Just walking distance from the old location. They changed into eco-friendly packaging.

Hello! I’ve been a regular customer of this café, and I can say that they have always been very accommodating to their customers’ needs. The place is cozy, and the staff are friendly and efficient. The Spanish latte is my go-to coffee here, so I highly recommend it to fellow coffee lovers. They also offer non-coffee drinks like Pink Paradise and Iced Triple Chocolate, which are definitely worth trying. In short: They deserve ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

It’s actually my second time here, and I really love ordering their matcha—it truly tastes like real matcha! As for the food, I’m still exploring the menu, but so far, it’s been a great experience.
